What's happening

Kanjiverse is free. We run no purchases, no subscriptions, and no ads in the app, so no charge can originate from us. A bill mentioning Kanjiverse is a mix-up with another app of a similar name.

What to do

Check the charge in your Google Play or App Store purchase history — it names the app that billed you, and refunds for that app are handled in the store. If the store genuinely lists Kanjiverse, tell us and we will look, but the app has no billing code path.
